Four times a year, we meet for one hour to learn about local charities and decide which one will receive our collective donation. Each member contributes $100 at these meetings, pooling our resources to create a substantial impact with a minimal time commitment.

Founder, Marketing, and Treasurer
Jonathan LePage
Jonathan holds a B.S. in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Arizona and currently works for the U.S. Department of Commerce. Inspired by the idea of a giving circle, and realizing Tucson lacked a men’s group, he founded 100+ Guys Who Give. His vision has grown into a powerful community initiative that makes a significant local impact.

Greg Amado
A native Tucsonan, Greg graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Political Science and is a full-time real estate agent with Lopez & Lopez REALTORS® at Long Realty. Greg’s commitment to community improvement led him to join and now serve on the leadership team, helping to vet and support local non-profits.

After retiring from his business, Mike, a 37-year Tucson resident, joined the initiative started by his son. He brings his passion for community service to the team, focusing on growing our membership and maximizing our impact through collective giving.
Mark Dragoslovich Sr.
A USAF veteran and University of Arizona alum, Mark recently retired and supervises a Silversmith shop at Xerocraft. His long-term support of the group and extensive local connections are invaluable in strengthening our community ties.
